Immigration Services in Singapore
Work visa applications, Employment Pass submissions, and dependent pass support; handled by an experienced team that knows what MOM is looking for.
Why Singapore Attracts Global Talent And Why The Process Requires Care
Singapore's work pass framework is one of the most structured in the region. That structure exists for a reason — it protects both employers and employees. But it also means applications require preparation.
A Framework Built On Merit
MOM evaluates work pass applications on qualifications, salary, role type, and employer profile. Preparation matters alongside speed.
COMPASS And Fair Consideration
EP applications are now scored under the COMPASS framework, which assesses both individual and firm-level criteria. Employers must also advertise roles on MyCareersFuture before applying. Non-compliance creates delays.
Multiple Pass Options For Different Profiles
From the Work Permit to the ONE Pass, Singapore's framework covers the full talent spectrum. Choosing the right pass for the right person from the outset avoids costly rejections.
A Gateway To Permanent Residency
EP and S Pass holders, and their dependents, may be eligible to apply for Singapore PR after a period of continuous residency — making Singapore a long-term base, not just a work destination.

How We Handle Your Immigration Applications
Workforce & Pass Assessment
We assess your hiring requirements, the employee's profile, and applicable MOM criteria to identify the most suitable work pass pathway and address potential issues before submission.
Document Preparation
We work with your team to prepare and review the required employee and company documentation, helping ensure applications are complete and aligned with MOM requirements.
Application Submission
We prepare and submit the work pass application through the appropriate channel, managing documentation, correspondence, and submission requirements on behalf of your business.
Government Review
If MOM requests additional information or clarification, we coordinate responses with your team and provide the required supporting documents to help keep the application moving forward.
Approval and Employee Onboarding Support
Once the work pass is approved, we assist with issuance formalities, employee onboarding requirements, dependent pass applications where relevant, and any post-approval compliance obligations.
Renewals and Ongoing Support
As your workforce grows, we continue supporting work pass renewals, appeals, amendments, and related immigration requirements to help maintain compliance and business continuity.
