Theodoros Assiotis

Theodoros Assiotis is Director and Head of Fiduciary & Accounting Services at Ascentium and leads the Cyprus office. He is a senior executive with nearly 20 years of experience in audit, accounting, fiduciary services, corporate governance, and business growth, with deep expertise in advising international clients and overseeing complex cross-border structures.

He has a strong track record of leading teams, building businesses, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to international clients. His experience spans complex cross-border structures, regulatory compliance, board-level governance, and the effective management of corporate and fiduciary operations across multiple jurisdictions. He is recognised for combining technical expertise with commercial judgment, helping clients navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. His approach is grounded in integrity, responsiveness, quality and a strong commitment to long-term client relationships.

Before joining Ascentium, Theodoros spent 10 years at EY Cyprus, where he progressed to Senior Manager in Accounting, Compliance and Reporting Service Line. He is an FCCA, and a member of the Institute of Certified Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). Also a holder of AML certificate from the International Compliance Association, and holds a degree in Accounting & Finance.
