As our Group Chief People Officer, Andrew leverages his experience in management consulting and human capital management to lead our people and talent function. Formerly a Partner at Egon Zehnder, he led the Asia Pacific Financial Services Group and advised global clients on leadership succession and strategic talent management. Andrew's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen's University, Canada, and a Post-Graduate Program Diploma from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

As Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, Chloe brings a 17-year track record in strategy consulting, M&A and investment banking. Specialising in creating substantial value, especially for private equity-backed business, Chloe has driven growth through organic and strategic acquisition initiatives. Previously, Chloe was the Group Head of M&A at Tricor, executing nearly 20 transactions across APAC in 4.5 years. Before that, she was a partner at Deloitte. Chloe holds CPA and CFA accreditations.

He previously led a global team of 180+ across 8 countries, overseeing major integration and transformation initiatives. Wangsha's career has spanned local to regional to global leadership, with 12+ years as a CIO. He has worked in Japan, Korea, and now Singapore, developing deep expertise in multicultural environments.

Group Chief Marketing Officer As Group Chief Marketing Officer, Geoff spearheads strategic marketing initiatives and champions brand excellence in the tech-enabled corporate solutions sector. Being the co-founder and executive director of Virtuzone, he helped drive the company's growth to over 200 employees with revenue exceeding AED 200 million. Geoff's distinguished career includes key roles at Boeing and Emirates, where he played pivotal roles in major initiatives such as the launch of the 787 Dreamliner and Emirates.com.
