Rafaela Marchese

Rafaela is a qualified Brazilian lawyer with over 10 years of experience advising on legal and procedural matters in private wealth. As business development manager at the company, she collaborates with clients, market participants, and Brazilian intermediaries to explore and implement offshore solutions.

She has been active in the private wealth market since 2019, when she joined Mattos Filho’s private client practice, one of Brazil’s leading law firms. There, she provided corporate, tax, and family law advice to support ultra-high-net-worth families in their financial planning and organisational needs.

Prior to joining the company, Rafaela led the wealth planning practice at Monte Bravo Family Office, providing comprehensive wealth planning advice and practical solutions within a multifamily office structure.

Rafaela is a non-practising Brazilian lawyer and is fluent in Portuguese and English.
