Marisol Marsh

As an AML Services Manager within the Compliance Solutions team, Marisol Marsh supports the Cayman Islands offering from the London office. With over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate services, she plays a key role in delivering compliance, governance, and regulatory solutions across multiple jurisdictions. In 2025, she also served as Acting Compliance Officer for the UK office, reflecting her strong leadership capabilities and deep expertise in regulatory governance.

Prior to joining the company in 2022, Marisol held a number of senior positions within the corporate and compliance services industry. She served as a corporate director with several board appointments and led a Global Entity Governance department at a major international firm, where she was responsible for overseeing cross-border governance frameworks and enhancing operational compliance. Her experience also includes practising as a solicitor with a leading offshore law firm headquartered in the Cayman Islands, as well as serving as Compliance Officer for a corporate services provider in the British Virgin Islands.

Marisol is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and the British Virgin Islands. She is a member of the Law Society and a Professional Member of the International Compliance Association (ICA), having earned a Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and brings strong governance insight, extensive practical experience, and a deep understanding of international regulatory environments to her role within the Compliance Solutions team.
