Darren Wain

Darren Wain is IT program director in our London office and is responsible for overseeing strategic technology initiatives and ensuring the seamless integration of IT solutions to support global operations.

He has over 30 years of experience in IT leadership roles, specialising in managing large-scale technology programs, digital transformation projects, and change management within wealth management and fiduciary services. His expertise includes software delivery, platform integrations, and operational improvements, ensuring technology aligns with business objectives to deliver optimal client outcomes.

Prior to joining the company, Darren was project manager at Barclays Wealth, focusing on offshore platform transformation. He also held IT roles at HSBC Security Services and HSBC Private Bank, leading technology initiatives in alternative fund services, global custody, and private wealth solutions. Earlier in his career, he led the technical services and operations team at Daiwa Securities Trust and Banking, overseeing desktops, networks, IT infrastructure, and trading systems.
