With over 25 years of international experience in operations, compliance, and project management, Chris brings a proven track record in communication, workflow optimisation, and strategic delivery. Having joined Marbury, An Ascentium Company in 2016, she has overseen operations across multiple jurisdictions, leading teams in client onboarding, HR, finance, IT, and governance. She guided the organisation through integration post‑acquisition, launched new service lines including Fund Services, and implemented systems that strengthened efficiency, risk management, and client retention. Acting as Marbury’s interim CEO during periods of political and market uncertainty, Chris maintained revenue and staff engagement while steering the firm to ISAE 3402 accreditation for Fund Services. She is now leading the integration into Ascentium. Her earlier career includes senior roles with global corporate services providers and a regulatory consultancy in Asia Pacific. A native Canadian, she combines international perspective with hands‑on leadership to deliver institutional‑grade service with boutique responsiveness.
