Biography

Brenda is a business development manager based out of Peru, one of Latin America's most dynamic private wealth markets. Drawing on a background in law and private client taxation, she focuses on building trusted relationships with private clients, family offices, financial institutions, and professional advisers, connecting their international needs with tailored wealth structuring solutions.

She has experience advising high-net-worth individuals and family-controlled groups on Peruvian tax matters involving international assets, foreign investment structures, and succession planning. Her work has included the analysis of trusts, foundations, holding companies, and other wealth-holding vehicles, as well as matters relating to foreign-source income, reporting obligations, controlled foreign entities, and tax regularisation processes. This experience has given her a strong understanding of the priorities that often guide private wealth planning, including confidentiality, legal certainty, continuity, asset protection, and long-term preservation of wealth.

Prior to joining, Brenda worked at EY Peru in the private clients tax team, where she advised individuals on complex local and international tax matters. Her role included preparing tax memoranda, analysing the Peruvian tax implications of foreign assets and offshore arrangements, and assessing the impact of different planning alternatives. This experience strengthened her technical tax knowledge and deepened her understanding of the legal and tax considerations that influence long-term wealth planning.

Brenda holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has specialised training in taxation. She is fluent in Spanish and English. She is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law.
