Aidan O'Donoghue

Aidan is an associate director in the company’s Cayman Islands team, providing independent director services to investment funds and corporate structures.

He has experience advising regulated and non-regulated funds, digital asset structures, investment advisors, and corporate entities, including oversight of economic substance compliance, AEOI reporting, and conflict review services.

Prior to joining the company, he was vice president in the governance services team at Ocorian Trust Cayman, he led the economic substance service line, and audit supervisor at KPMG in the Cayman Islands. He began his career as an auditor with Grant Thornton Ireland, auditing entities across retail, technology, manufacturing, insurance, and financial services sectors.

Aidan holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons) from the University of Limerick, a postgraduate diploma in professional accounting, and a master’s degree in taxation focused on multinational corporate structures. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland, an accredited director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, and a registered director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
