Shané Rhymer

Shané Rhymer is the compliance director based in our BVI office, where she oversees the compliance function for the Americas. Shané is an experienced specialist in compliance, regulatory affairs and risk management, with a robust skill set shaped by her background in finance and regulatory affairs.

A seasoned professional and respected leader, Shané is known for championing a strong, risk based culture one that is understood, valued, and integrated into the organisation’s decision making processes. 

Prior to joining the company, Shané served as a regulator, giving her unique insight into supervisory expectations and regulatory frameworks. She also served on the Board of Directors of the BVI Recovery and Development Agency, where she supported the Territory’s recovery efforts following the 2017 natural disasters.

Shané holds a range of professional qualifications and certifications. She was recognised as Compliance Officer of the Year in 2019 and again in 2025, reflecting her continued excellence and impact within the compliance profession.
