Richard Gordon

Richard Gordon is a Managing Director in the Cayman Islands office and is responsible for the provision of fiduciary services to funds, capital markets, CLO/CDO/structured finance, corporate and regulatory and compliance clients.

Richard has over 20 years of international financial services experience, acting as an independent director and providing corporate, fiduciary, administration, accounting, liquidation and compliance solutions to Cayman Islands entities.

Richard is also recognised for his expertise in the funds and structured finance sectors, and regularly speaks on industry panels and contributes to industry publications.

In his capacity as Managing Director, Richard has built and managed teams to meet the evolving needs of clients while ensuring regulatory compliance.
