Lilian Liu

Lilian has more than 10 years of experience in offshore investment funds and corporate structures. She is familiar with different strategies and operation of hedge funds, private equity funds and FOF. She works closely with law firms, administration companies, financial institutions, and family offices to provide services to clients on fund formation, listing overseas, private wealth, and M&A.

Before joining the company, Lilian led the fund services team at a fund administration company and was the head of the legal department of an investment company holding Types 1, 2, and 9 SFC licences. 

Lilian has a Postgraduate and Bachelor of Law degree from City University of Hong Kong and is fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
