David Wilman

David Wilman is General Counsel.

He has over 25 years of professional services legal and operational experience, including more than 10 years as a general counsel. He advises on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters, applying his business, industry, and financial expertise.

Prior to joining the company, David was an employment lawyer advising international commercial organisations. He then served as general counsel and chief operating officer for Europe and the Middle East at a large international law firm, overseeing a period of significant change.

David began his career as a logistics officer in the Royal Navy, undertaking operational appointments before qualifying as a barrister within the naval legal cadre. He gained public and private international legal experience, culminating in a legal role for the Commander-in-Chief Fleet.
