Andria Stylianou

Andria is an accounting services manager in the accounting services department, responsible for overseeing the accounting team and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of financial reporting for companies, trusts, and financial institutions across offshore jurisdictions, including the BVI, Cayman, and Cyprus, supporting clients with complex and evolving reporting requirements.

She specialises in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Brazilian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (BR GAAP), with a particular focus on complex cross-border structures, including securities trading, financing and investment holding entities, as well as crypto asset holding and trading entities.

Andria has over a decade of experience in the accounting and legal services industries, with exposure to complex client structures and multi-jurisdictional reporting requirements. Prior to joining the company, Andria worked for a leading law firm as well as one of the Big Four firms in Cyprus. She joined as the first Client Accounting Specialist and played a key role in establishing and developing the Accounting Services function from its early stages, contributing to its growth, operational structure, and service delivery framework.

Andria holds a degree in Public and Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Cyprus. She has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2021 and a Fellow Member since 2026. She is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.
