With over 10 years of experience in cross-border business advisory and corporate services, Vivie Wei serves as the Head of China Desk at Ascentium Vietnam, supporting Chinese enterprises in establishing, expanding, and managing their operations across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. She acts as a trusted advisor to outbound investors, helping businesses navigate market entry, regulatory compliance, and long-term growth strategies.
Since beginning her career in international business consulting in 2014, Vivie has advised multinational corporations on foreign direct investment, corporate restructuring, and operational compliance. Prior to joining Ascentium Vietnam, she held leadership positions in accounting, auditing, and corporate services in Shanghai, where she managed key client relationships and led multidisciplinary consulting teams.
Vivie has extensive experience working with clients across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, food and beverage, chemicals, and industrial sectors. Her deep understanding of both the Chinese and Southeast Asian business environments, combined with her cross-cultural expertise, enables her to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions that support successful regional expansion.
