Vikram is an associate director based in our Cayman Islands office, providing independent director services and governance support to investment funds and corporate structures.
He has extensive experience in fund administration, fiduciary services, and regulatory compliance. His expertise includes financial reporting, fiduciary oversight, treasury management, regulatory reporting, including FATCA, CRS, Economic Substance and beneficial ownership, as well as AML governance and compliance.
Prior to joining the company, Vikram worked at FFP (Cayman) Limited, where he established and led the firm's fund administration service line. He managed fiduciary services for a portfolio of hedge funds, private equity vehicles, and corporate entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements. He also led liquidation and restructuring engagements. Earlier in his career, Vikram held roles with Intertrust Group, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc., and Deutsche Bank.
Vikram holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Law and a master's degree in Finance. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and an accredited director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.
