Phillippe Ma

Phillippe Ma is Head of Fund Operations at Ascentium in Singapore. He has nearly two decades of experience in the alternative investment industry, supporting fund managers, family offices and investment platforms with fund administration and operational requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

His expertise spans the fund lifecycle, including investor onboarding, AML/KYC processes, fund accounting, financial reporting and operational controls. He has built and scaled fund administration functions, designing processes, implementing systems and establishing operational frameworks to support growing client portfolios. He works closely with clients to develop practical fund solutions that balance regulatory requirements with commercial needs. He also supports business development and client relationship management, aligning service delivery with clients’ operational and commercial objectives.

Phillippe joined Ascentium in 2026. Previously, he served as Managing Director of a global fund administrator and Head of Operations and Compliance at a Singapore-licensed fund management company. His experience encompasses a broad range of alternative investment structures.
