Susan is an Associate Business Development Director based in our Shanghai office, with over 10 years of experience in private wealth and trust services. She specialises in advising high-net-worth individuals on navigating complex financial and regulatory landscapes, with expertise in bespoke wealth structuring and international compliance solutions that support long-term asset protection and succession planning.
She has extensive experience in designing and implementing trust and family office structures, particularly for cross-border asset management and succession arrangements. She is also experienced in translating complex tax planning and regulatory requirements into practical strategies to promote compliance and client autonomy. In addition, she has led or acted as a key contributor on various IPO and ESOP projects.
Prior to joining Ascentium, Susan worked with both bank-backed and independent trustee companies. She has obtained full STEP qualifications and speaks fluent Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
