Biography
Rafaella is a business development manager in the London office, focusing on private wealth, estate and cross-border succession planning for ultra-high net worth individuals and families. She brings experience from top-tier São Paulo organisations, including an international law firm and a multi-family office, advising on international structuring and complex wealth planning.
She works closely with family offices, private banks, and law firms, helping to originate and expand private wealth mandates across the EMEA region. With a strong civil law background and practical experience with common law systems, she has experience in marital property regimes, forced heirship and succession instruments within international trust and corporate structures.
Rafaella is a Brazilian-qualified lawyer and holds a postgraduate degree in estate and succession planning from FGV Law School. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is fluent in English and Portuguese.
