Andreas Kyriacou

Andreas is a senior manager based in our Cyprus office, with over 12 years of experience supporting multinational groups across governance, cross-border operations, and strategic advisory projects in the international corporate and fiduciary services industry. He works closely with international clients to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions within complex multi-jurisdictional environments.

His areas of expertise include corporate governance, cross-border restructurings, financial reporting oversight, and board-level coordination. He has extensive experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and coordinating engagements across multiple jurisdictions and industries. Andreas has a strong track record of leading client engagements and delivering high-quality, responsive service through a structured and relationship-driven approach. His experience spans corporate and fiduciary matters across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on the Cyprus market, helping clients meet compliance requirements while achieving their business objectives.

Prior to joining the company, Andreas spent 12 years with PwC Cyprus, where he progressed to senior manager within the international client services practice. During his tenure, he advised multinational clients on governance, restructuring, and strategic projects, while leading teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across jurisdictions.

Andreas is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). He holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting with Finance from the University of Portsmouth and completed his professional training through BPP University in London.
