Deborah Sequeira is Ascentium Australia's Head of Corporate Compliance, supporting clients to meet their statutory and regulatory obligations with clarity, confidence and ease. With over 20 years' experience in the accounting and advisory sector, Deborah has worked across a broad range of operational, leadership and client-facing roles, a background that shapes her approach to corporate compliance not just as a technical function, but as a service centred on the client experience.
Deborah leads Ascentium Australia's corporate compliance function across a broad portfolio of company and trust structures, overseeing entity set-up, corporate restructures, director and officeholder changes, share issues, governance matters and ongoing ASIC and statutory obligations. Her focus is on ensuring clients meet their regulatory requirements with confidence, minimising risk, maintaining good standing with regulators, and keeping corporate compliance straightforward rather than burdensome.
