Following her tenure as Business Manager at Watkins Coffey Martin Chartered Accountants, she transitioned to Ascentium Australia when the firms merged in 2022. Deborah specialises in operations management, business integration, supplier management, and team development, with a particular strength in facilitating seamless business transitions while fostering inclusive work environments.
She holds a Diploma of Accounting from Northern Sydney Institute TAFE NSW. Deborah believes in creating effective, reliable business systems that enable teams to consistently deliver organisational goals, taking a patient, people-first leadership approach focused on empowering colleagues to grow and perform at their very best.
