David Bilston-McGillen is Chairman of Ascentium Australia, the group behind InCorp Advisory, bringing more than 30 years in professional practice. He supports the group's corporate development and M&A activity, helping identify opportunities that strengthen its presence in Australia. Throughout his career David has built a reputation for energising clients' wealth, navigating change in a dynamic financial environment, and creating a positive workplace for staff.
For David, success is measured not by the next invoice but by longevity and genuine, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues. Though he jokes that he once "hated maths", it was the symmetry and logic of accounting that first drew him in, and his attention to detail has never wavered.
