Saeed Mirzakhani is a Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director of InCorp Advisory, with over 20 years of experience in professional services across taxation, finance function, and corporate governance. Following senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Pitcher Partners, he co-founded CharterNet Advisers in 2011, building it into an award-winning full-service firm with over 130 professionals. Saeed specialises in advising growth companies, ASX-listed entities, innovative start-ups, and emerging businesses, having guided household-name Australian ventures including Airtasker and My Muscle Chef. He holds an MBA from Macquarie University and a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Saeed believes that understanding each client's unique growth trajectory is the foundation for delivering integrated, scalable advisory solutions that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
