Lisa Driver is a Partner in Private Clients at InCorp Advisory and a Chartered Accountant specialising in advising large privately owned businesses across a wide range of taxation and accounting matters, including compliance and business structuring. She brings substantial experience in tax-effect accounting, structuring owner remuneration, and the accounting for M&A transactions. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Taxation from Monash University, and has built her career advising private groups on the technical and structural decisions that protect and grow their wealth. Known for her rigour and clarity, she helps business owners navigate complex tax and structuring questions with practical, commercially grounded advice tailored to their long-term objectives.
