Bernard Wai is Director of Change and Transformation at InCorp Advisory, focused on making the firm more efficient and productive by refining how its operations work. He designs and tests new processes, builds the firm's own data systems, and identifies which information is most useful to collect and act on. Bernard joined InCorp Advisory in 2016 from Deloitte, having also worked at CharterNet, and began in the firm's small R&D tax team. He brings an unusual and valuable background to the role: a double degree in Commerce and Science with honours in marine microbiology, paired with deep experience in government incentives and R&D tax. Away from work, Bernard is a lifelong ocean enthusiast and certified Divemaster, drawn to exploration in every form, whether analysing data or diving with sharks.
