Pamela is the Director of Share Registry Services at Ascentium Singapore. Across more than two decades in share registry, she has guided clients through initial public offerings (IPOs) and a wide span of corporate actions. Her advisory work covers equity fundraising, rights issues, bonus issues, private placements, reverse take-overs, capital restructuring, distribution-in-specie, scrip dividends, and voluntary offers.
Pamela’s experience extends to companies pursuing dual listings on overseas exchanges, including those in Hong Kong, Korea, Oslo, and Thailand. She has also supported a steady stream of Catalist and Mainboard IPOs spanning shares, REITs, business trusts, and stapled securities.
