Matthew Helm

Matthew Helm is an Associate Director at Ascentium Australia, specialising in corporate advisory with a particular focus on strategy, business improvement and operational efficiency. His experience spans strategic planning, internal control and business process reviews, management reporting, human capital and technology consulting.

Having worked in public practice since joining the firm in 2010, Matt brings a practical and commercially focused approach to helping businesses identify opportunities, solve challenges and improve the way they operate. He is also an accredited facilitator with management consulting network Mindshop (AMSF), reflecting his strong interest in coaching, mentoring and helping business leaders turn strategy into action.

Outside of work, Matt is an avid Geelong Football Club supporter, basketball fan and Italian food enthusiast.
