Mary Jane Luarez

Mary Jane Luarez is the HR Consulting and Payroll Associate Director of Ascentium Philippines, with over a decade of experience in payroll consulting, compensation and benefits administration, and labor compliance. She specializes in payroll management, taxes on compensation, and statutory compliance, helping organizations maintain accurate, efficient, and compliant HR and payroll operations.

Prior to her current role, she gained extensive HR experience across the BPO, retail, sales and distribution, and manufacturing sectors. This exposure gave her a strong understanding of diverse workforce structures, operational models, and industry-specific HR challenges.

Mary Jane holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Rizal Technological University. She has been a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) since 2015 and earned her Certified Practitioner in Human Resources (CPHR) certification in 2026.
