Kathy Andrews is InCorp Advisory's Practice Manager, a multi-disciplinary professional with over 40 years of experience as a CPA and more than 25 years as a Registered Tax Agent. Her career includes 16 years at the Australian Taxation Office across all technical areas and 16 years serving as CFO for private companies. Kathy specialises in business integration, quality improvement, compliance management, and holistic business advisory encompassing accounting, payroll, HR, IT, and project management. A Certified Practising Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of New South Wales, she is a longstanding member of CPA Australia. Kathy believes in understanding each client's business holistically - taking time to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency across their complete business ecosystem and related entities.
