Heath McPherson is Ascentium Australia's Chief Operating Officer, an executive leader with over two decades of experience across people, culture and business operations. His background spans ASX-listed corporations, private equity-backed professional services and the not-for-profit education sector. Heath brings deep expertise in human resources, employment relations and organisational development, with a focus on building capable teams, managing risk and supporting sustainable growth.
Heath holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport) from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Certificate in Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, and is accredited through GROWTH Coaching International. Previously certified in Genos Emotional Intelligence assessment and debriefing and Mercer Job Evaluation, he continues to apply these frameworks across leadership, organisational design, remuneration and people management. His leadership philosophy centres on clarity, accountability and empowering people to perform at their best.
