Scott specialises in helping best in class businesses achieve their HR transformation by designing and implementing HR and payroll models that are future proof and support complexity, growth, and regulatory changes.

Scott’s approach to transformation of multi‑country HR operations combines best‑practice operating models with modern HR including Workday, SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM, enabling clients to achieve greater efficiency, control, and visibility across their workforce. Scott is particularly experienced in aligning people processes, systems, and governance to support business expansion and operational resilience.
