Scott’s approach to transformation of multi‑country HR operations combines best‑practice operating models with modern HR including Workday, SuccessFactors and Orcale HCM, enabling clients to achieve greater efficiency, control, and visibility across their workforce. Scott is particularly experienced in aligning people processes, systems, and governance to support business expansion and operational resilience.

 

Outside of work Scott enjoys spending time with his young family, playing tennis and the enjoying nature.
