Lilian Huang

Lilian is the Chief Executive Officer of Ascentium Hong Kong. With more than 25 years of experience across corporate services, international banking, capital markets, and private equity, she leads the firm's strategic direction, driving growth innovation, and exceptional client outcomes across Hong Kong and Greater China region.

Prior to joining Ascentium, Lilian held senior leadership positions with leading global financial and professional services organisations. Her career spans both corporate services and financial services with leadership roles across Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, and Singapore. She spent over a decade with Citibank before taking executive roles with GE Capital and J.P. Morgan Chase in China. Most recently, she served as Market Head of Mainland China & Taiwan and a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Committee at TMF Group.

Lilian was recognised in Fortune China's 50 Most Powerful Women in Business (Future Board) list in both 2023 and 2024. She is also a senior mentor at NYU Shanghai and serves on the Advisory Board of E-Youth, supporting the development of future entrepreneurs and finance leaders.

Lilian holds an MBA from the University of Hong Kong. She is a Fellow Member of the Association of International Accountants (FAIA), and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
