Lea Soliman-Galera

Lea Soliman-Galera is the Recruitment Director of Ascentium Philippines, with more than 19 years of experience in the recruitment industry and a strong track record of supporting numerous clients across their hiring needs. She brings extensive expertise in headhunting and recruitment strategy, helping organizations secure the right talent and achieve their workforce goals.

Prior to her current position, Lea served as a Recruitment Specialist with a BPOs and as a Recruitment Consultant at a Headhunting Firm. These roles strengthened her practical understanding of talent acquisition and client requirements across diverse business settings.

Lea holds an undergraduate degree in Organizational Communication from De La Salle University – Manila.
