Biography
Jennifer Lu is a senior member of our leadership team in Hong Kong. She is responsible for leading the Corporate Services function and plays an integral role in the firm’s regional leadership, overseeing teams, guiding service delivery, and supporting the execution of the firm’s growth and client strategy.
With over 15 years of international advisory experience, Jennifer works closely with boards, senior management, founders, and investors to support strategic decision‑making relating to cross‑border expansion, organisational design, and business transformation. She collaborates extensively with the firm’s global legal, tax, and corporate advisory leadership to coordinate multi‑jurisdictional solutions for complex client mandates.
Jennifer is particularly experienced in guiding businesses operating across Asia and Greater China, advising on regional operating models, investment structuring, and market realignment initiatives. She has worked with clients across consumer, manufacturing, technology, professional services, and digital‑enabled industries, supporting companies at various stages of growth, restructuring, and regional consolidation.
In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Jennifer serves as a trusted long‑term adviser to internationally mobile businesses and executives, including through Virtual CFO and personal tax planning solutions, helping clients navigate change, manage risk, and execute cross‑border strategies with confidence.
