Gigi Wong

Gigi Wong is a Manager in the Business Advisory Services team at our Hong Kong office, where she leads a team supporting companies with corporate establishment, compliance, and governance requirements. Her work includes company incorporation, registration maintenance and amendments, deregistration, and ongoing statutory compliance for Hong Kong entities, as well as visa application and renewal support.

With over fifteen years of experience in corporate services, Gigi has developed strong expertise in both Hong Kong and offshore company structures, including jurisdictions such as the British Virgin Islands, Samoa, and Seychelles. She supports clients across the full corporate lifecycle, from formation to restructuring and winding up, while ensuring alignment with regulatory and governance requirements.

Gigi holds a bachelor’s degree in management with a specialisation in Human Resources, as well as a master’s degree in Corporate Governance. She is currently an Associate Member of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.
