Charlotte Lam is the Director of Corporate Secretarial Services at Ascentium Hong Kong. She is a Chartered Secretary and a Chartered Governance Professional. She brings over 12 years of experience in corporate secretarial and governance services, providing corporate secretarial and compliance support to Hong Kong listed companies, as well as multinational, private, and offshore entities.

Throughout her career, Charlotte has acted as company secretary for various listed companies in Hong Kong SAR and has been involved in different IPO and post-listing projects. She possesses solid professional knowledge in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the continuing obligations of listed companies. She is dedicated to delivering professional and efficient corporate secretarial services to her clients.

Charlotte is an Associate of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) and an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI).
