Ayla Sevilla is the Business Process Director of Ascentium Philippines, with over 10 years of experience supporting local and international clients across business registration, FDA registration, PEZA and BOI tax incentive applications, HR consulting, recruitment and executive search, payroll processing, and business expansion.

She is known for combining operational expertise with a client-focused approach, helping businesses navigate complex processes with clarity and consistency. She also plays a key role in shaping marketing strategies through data-driven insights, market trends, and practical industry knowledge, while building strong and lasting client relationships.

Before stepping into her current role, she served as both Marketing and Recruitment Manager of Kittelson and Carpo Consulting. Ayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Our Lady of Fatima University and is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified professional.
