Biography
Aster Leung is the Director of Corporate Secretarial Services at Ascentium Hong Kong with over 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial and governance services. Aster is a Chartered Secretary and a Chartered Governance Professional. Prior to joining Ascentium Hong Kong, Aster had been working at a leading professional services firm as well as at a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, where she provided corporate secretarial and compliance services to companies of various backgrounds.
Aster brings extensive experience as a company secretary to a wide range of Hong Kong–listed companies, having been closely involved in numerous IPO and post-listing initiatives. She has strong expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the ongoing compliance requirements of private and listed companies. With a client-focused mindset, Aster is committed to delivering high-quality, efficient, and reliable corporate secretarial services.
Aster is a Fellow of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) and a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI).
