Amanda Carpo

Amanda Carpo is the Country Head and CEO of Ascentium Philippines, where she leads on advising local and international clients regarding inbound foreign investment and market entry into the Philippines. She brings expertise in business incorporation, real estate law, taxation, outsourcing and offshoring, and PEZA and BOI matters.

Amanda is also the Managing Partner of Carpo Law & Associates and the co-founder and Chief Legal Counsel of KMC Solutions, a leading flexible office space and staff leasing provider in the country.

Previously, she was a senior tax consultant lawyer at PricewaterhouseCoopers Philippines, gaining significant experience in international transactions and inbound investments. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University – School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines.
