Nor Hafiza Alwi

Fiza Alwi is the Regional Director of Corporate Secretarial Services, bringing over 28 years of experience to the role. She oversees a broad portfolio of private and public entities, spanning multinational corporations, companies listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), Variable Capital Companies (VCCs), and Public Companies Limited by Guarantee (PCLGs).

As Company Secretary to a wide range of organisations, including publicly listed companies, Fiza guides clients through everything from routine corporate transactions to complex corporate structuring and pre- and post-IPO matters. She also advises on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, policy development, and industry best practices.

Within her team, Fiza is a driving force behind operational excellence. She strengthens standards, implements clear policies and procedures, and mentors her people to ensure they consistently deliver high-quality service to clients.

Fiza is an associate member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) and holds a CSIS Practising Certificate.
