Lee Wei Hsiung

Wei Hsiung serves as Head of the Corporate Secretarial Services at Ascentium Singapore, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the field. His expertise covers the full spectrum of corporate secretarial compliance, company incorporation, initial public offerings (IPOs), corporate restructuring, and a wide range of corporate actions.

Throughout his career, Wei Hsiung has acted as Company Secretary to clients across diverse sectors and entity types. These include private limited companies, financial institutions regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, SGX-listed companies, offshore companies, variable capital companies (VCCs), and not-for-profit charitable organisations.

Wei Hsiung is an associate member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) and holds a CSIS Practising Certificate.
