Personal Data Collection Statement

This statement is intended to inform you of:

We recognise our responsibilities in relation to the collection, holding, processing, and use of personal data. The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide the requested data may limit our ability to provide services to you or the relevant entity.

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes (the “Purposes”):

1. To provide services to you and/or the relevant entity;
2. To communicate with you regarding the provision of such services;
3. To comply with legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements or assist with law enforcement or official investigations; and
4. For any other purposes directly related to the above.

Your personal data will be kept confidential. However, it may be disclosed, transferred, or made accessible to the following parties, to the extent necessary to fulfil the Purposes or a directly related purpose:

1. Any member of the Ascentium group of companies, including subsidiaries and affiliates;
2. Agents, contractors, or third-party service providers (whether within or outside the Ascentium group) engaged to support service delivery;
3. Governmental or regulatory authorities, or other parties to whom disclosure is required (a) for service provision; (b) under applicable legal/regulatory obligations; or (c) as contractually agreed by the relevant Ascentium group entity.

In the event of any business acquisition or sale (or proposed acquisition/sale), your personal data may be transferred or disclosed as part of that transaction. If practicable and legally permissible, we will ensure the data continues to be handled in accordance with this statement and, in the case of a sale, will require the purchaser to do the same.

Your personal data may be transferred outside Singapore. By providing your data, you consent to such cross-border transfers, strictly for the Purposes set out above. We will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place where required by law.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the Purposes or as required or permitted by applicable law.
