As one of Canada’s major tourist destinations,
Whistler, British Columbia, relies on establishing and maintaining a high profile with world travelers. Using media campaigns and personal interactions to approach an international customer base, Whistler’s tourism bureau needed to improve how it tracks its efforts and successes.
Ascentium started with the basic step of helping the bureau define its customer relationship management (CRM) goals. From there, Ascentium implemented a CRM solution using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and c360 and rolled it out to nearly 100 users in a phased approach. The result: increased user adoption and improved service levels across the entire organization.
