Wii aced this launch
After selling more than 700,000 copies of Big Brain Academy for its DS console, Nintendo was running out of time before its launch of the brain-teasing game on the Wii. With no in-house resources and only three weeks to go before launch, Nintendo turned to Ascentium to build the game’s Web site.
Quickly assembling a design and development team, Ascentium built a Flash application and portal page that was inspired by the Big Brain Academy Japan site but utterly framed for the North American market. The result: the site launched on time and on budget even as it inaugurated a new era in full mental training.
