What You'll Do:

- Articulate and support design decisions based on the goals of the project, the established design strategy, and knowledge of design theory.

- Work with UX team members to develop experience style guides, including sustainable and maintainable visual design languages and systems, interaction patterns, and information design standards.

Responsibilities/qualifications include:
- Six to ten years of professional experience including a minimum of four years as a senior designer in at least two of the following areas: multimedia, advertising, interactive advertising, game interface design, Internet design, marketing, or publishing.
- Online portfolio that demonstrates your style, experience, and capacity for producing mind-blowing work.
