What You'll Do

What It Takes
- 5+ years of experience working in an agency setting as a PM and/or Account Executive.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects within the various digital channels
- Incredible communication skills, both written and oral

- Experience developing SOWs, budgets and status reports, along with all of the deliverables that go along with stellar PMing
- Prior Intel experience helpful

Senior Mobile PM (Contract) - Bellevue, WA
Ascentium is seeking a contract Senior Mobile Project Manager to manage the development of a droid-based application. The right candidate will be adept in both agile and waterfall methods and be an experienced practitioner of both. They will have a solid background in the digital/wireless/mobile industry, and experience running large, complex, multi-vendor technology projects – preferably in the Federal environment. Location: DC or San Francisco with ability to travel up to 50% of the time between coasts
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with ideation, development and launch of applications for use on multiple mobile platforms (mobile Web, smart phone, tablet) and operating systems.
- Assist with all aspects of the product lifecycle, including strategy, product requirements definition, competitive research, forecasting, launch plans, testing and future enhancements
- Oversee efforts of both internal development team and external vendors to drive product development.
- Manage client in D.C. and delivery teams in San Francisco and Seattle
Requirements include:
- 3-5 years of mobile product management experience, including specific experience delivering Droid and iOS products.
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally among sales, technical, creative and account managment teams, explaining complex systems or concepts in appropriate terminology for stakeholders
- Ability to manage co-located teams and clients, orchestrating all communication required
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall development methodology (i.e Scrum or similar process)
- Experience managing development efforts of vendors
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for planning, production and execution of complex master production schedules for all direct mail and email campaigns, as well as print and broadcast advertising.
- Responsible for building timelines, schedules, estimates, finding efficiencies and negotiating vendor pricing.
- Responsible for owning the supply chain process for all print production requirements from planning, concept development and through-delivery of components such as postage and letter shop requirements
- Acting as liaison between the internal team and vendors, while managing the flow of information to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
- Proactively hold vendors and internal departments accountable to critical dates, ensuring production schedules are met.
- Work closely with account services, creative and studio departments, ensuring all departments understand project goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with creative and account teams about new techniques and innovations that may positively and significantly impact our clients’ business.
- Review all creative concepts for production requirements to ensure minimization of production issues and cost-saving solutions are implemented.
- Development of team's knowledge of cost analysis, campaign setup and assurance towards quality expectations.
- Work proactively with vendors to ensure continuous improvement and optimal production solutions for new and existing marketing materials and concepts.
- Manage postal requirements and ensure compliance to regulations.
- Process and track mock-ups, prototypes, electronic templates and printer proofs with vendors.
- Conducts press checks, audits and quality control on final deliverables.
- Proactively communicate supply chain issues to account teams and coordinate solution implementation.
- Participation and leadership of relationship and business reviews with key partners and vendors.
What It Takes
- Bachelor's degree required and 7-10 years of experience in a publishing or purchasing, print, lettershop, project management or supply chain management environment, with at least four years previous production management experience.
- Knowledge of the print production process of direct mail and deployment requirements of email.
- In-depth knowledge of postal regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership in PreMedia, Print, Project Management or supply chain environment.
- Strong attention to detail and operational workflow dynamics that points to effective tracking and process analysis skills.
- Highly organized; able to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Strong commitment to continuous process improvement
- Ability to solve problems creatively.
- Highly motivated and high level of initiative; inspires confidence to work independently and in support of department goals and business objectives.

The Senior Site Manager will help delivery teams complete projects successfully—from daily updates to complete website redesigns—and build positive ongoing relationships with clients.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the Web site production process. Provide detailed and accurate translations of requests from clients and Project Managers to development and test teams; distribute work to appropriate resources; and track status of team’s work.
- Work with development, design, IA, and QA to create and deliver Web solutions.
- Work with content owners and stakeholders to evolve and enhance their Web sites to continually improve content, site navigation, design, and organization and accessibility. Track consistency across a client’s portfolio.
- Provide editorial scrub on all documents, Web pages, and graphics to conform to editorial standards and enhance search functionality. Write copy when necessary, engage proper content and editorial resource, and provide direction.
- Understand production and publishing platforms; be the Web site expert. Maintain expert knowledge of site standards, styles, and overarching governing standards and requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years in high-tech and/or Web site development and publishing environment. Experience in technology industry is highly desired. Knowledge of software industry jargon is helpful.
- Demonstrable expertise in writing, editing, proofreading or all three.
- Experience working with content management systems and some modest HTML skills preferred.
- Experience working with account management, sales and marketing organizations.
- Expert communication skills.
- Strongly detail oriented and customer service driven.
- Microsoft and previous consulting experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to self-start, ramp up quickly, and work independently.
- BA or BS degree.
