A Destination Vacation Brand Gets a Lift

Park City Mountain Resort earned the distinction of Most Accessible Mountain Resort in North America from the readers of SKI Magazine. Located in Park City, Utah, a mere 40-minute drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport, Park City Mountain Resort sought to further elevate its status by becoming a top Winter Family Vacation Destination in the U.S. To accomplish this, the resort needed a first-rate brand experience that reflected its aspiration and consumer promise. We responded by creating a multichannel campaign touting Park City Mountain Resort as a premier family vacation destination.

After an exhaustive research phase and a strategy in place, we developed a new brand identity and brought it to life with a multichannel campaign, starting with a redesign of Park City Mountain Resort’s primary marketing vehicle: its website. From there, we created a host of deliverables, both print and digital, including brochures, print ads, online banners, and social media. And we’re optimizing, tracking,and measuring the campaign’s performance with a full complement of SEM, SEO, and analytics.

Park City’s new brand launched over Labor Day weekend and was immediately met with positive reviews and results, successfully appealing to not just hardcore skiers and snowboarders but the audience the resort sought to target: families seeking a winter getaway. With a substantial bump in brand awareness, Park City Mountain Resort is enjoying engagement levels that are far-exceeding expectations.
