Ascentium seeks a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter to join our crack team of recruiting ninjas in Bellevue.

What You’ll Do
• Manage full cycle Technical Recruiting process for our organization ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Work with recruiting team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy
• Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
• Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
• Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
• Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
• Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires
• Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of our Company and our staffing team
Preferred Skills/Experience
• 6 or more years Technical Recruiting and sourcing experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team
• Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
• Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
• Professional Services or Agency recruiting experience preferred
• Recruiting experience across multiple departments and with a multi-national company
• Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles preferred
• Broad knowledge of programming languages, web technologies, software development process and emerging technologies
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• High level knowledge of various technology platforms a plus
