What You’ll Do:
- Grow and nurture accounts, while ensuring long-term relationships, increasing account size and revenue potential
- Manage minimum of $1.5M in revenue during first year
- Build relationships with client stakeholders
- Develop deep understanding of client goals, objectives and challenges
- Create, inspire and deliver a vision that exceeds client expectations
- Identify opportunities for future business offerings and help Account Director in securing new business
- Organize and manage pursuit teams and tap key resources in building effective pitches in conjunction with discipline leads
- Forecast opportunities and pursuits by project and quarter
- Report on pursuits, forecast to actual sales in CRM
- Join subject matter experts in presenting work to clients
- Educate clients on MWR’s core capabilities and service offerings
- Be an expert in the digital space, following market trends and competitive intelligence
- Manage delivery teams in accordance with Account Director
- Function as a conduit for communication between the customer and delivery management team
What is Required:
- Minimum 5-7 years of agency experience
- Proven ability to develop long-term, stable accounts and relationships with clients
- A proven record of strategic thinking, leadership, negotiations and relationship management
- Strong team leadership skills, in a team of peers setting
- Integrated marketing experience, both online and offline, including direct mail + email
- Ability to create, inspire and deliver a vision
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure
- Consumer products and B2B experience with recognized brands
